Associate
Engineer
(Test Equipment – Hardware / Socket)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Engineers in Kit, Load board, Socket technical, support customer issue resolution
- Perform effective preventive maintenance and calibration & meet Equipment Utilization
- Provide reports to customer and for in-house performance tracking
- Meet the quality, productivity target set by the engineer
- Involve and execute the Quality / productivity improvement projects
- Data compilation on the Yield and Machine performance & manage equipment performance index
- Work with vendor to identify engineering solution
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- NITEC holders with 4 years of relevant working experience will be considered
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Working experience in Testers (Catalyst, Tiger, Uflex, HP) and Handlers (Rasco, Synax, NS6040/ NS7000/Castle)
